Assess and evaluate student progress through regular testing and assignments. Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring special assistance. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for maths. Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects that incorporate maths education. Maintain open communication with parents regarding student performance and development. Stay updated on the latest educational methodologies and incorporate them into lesson planning. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field. Teaching certification or license in Mathematics is required. Experience teaching maths at the primary, secondary, or higher education level is preferred.
