You’ll be part of a tight-knit, highly creative and supportive comms team based mainly in the UK, who work closely together to brainstorm and problem-solve to drive results. You’ll have exposure/get to shadow a broad spectrum of PR activity from policy comms to consumer, across multiple markets Drafting comments, media alerts and supporting on press releases - pulling media target lists and pitching to journalists. Working on campaigns, projects and initiatives to support the team’s objectives. Supporting at PR activations/stunts and events. Staying on the pulse of the news agenda and PR industry PR reporting – supporting on pulling together presentations to share with the wider business. Participating in ideation to help drive consideration and brand love for Trainline. Press inbox management – initial triage on queries and appropriate escalation. Using Trainline’s self-serve data tools to mine extracts which could be used in media materials and outreach. Budget tracking and contract management Working ad-hoc to support the wider Comms and Corporate Affairs functions.
