Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and be proficient in using both power and hand tools. This role is essential for maintaining and repairing vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards are met.
Duties
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various motor vehicles.
* Utilise power tools and hand tools effectively to carry out tasks.
* Diagnose mechanical issues and implement appropriate solutions.
* Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and inventory of parts.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
* Assist in the training of new staff on equipment operation and safety procedures.
Qualifications
* Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency in the use of power tools and hand tools is essential.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
* Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety regulations at all times.
* Previous experience in a technical or maintenance position is essential.
