1. Salary – £39,000 per annum (+ monthly tips + annual bonus of up to 15%)

We're looking for an Operations Manager Hosting to join our Reading South team, supporting the General Manager in maximising performance in all areas of your casino, but with specific accountability for the Hosting Team. You will make the difference by inspiring, motivating and leading this team to deliver high quality exciting and entertaining experiences to your customers.
You will;
10. Be responsible for providing an excellent product and customer experience through all hosting activities in the Casino whilst upholding the principles of safer gambling
11. Support the Management Team in driving the performance of the casino measured against a balanced scorecard of targets covering finance, customer service, and team metrics
12. Champion and role model our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility and Solutions
13. Help to build a highly capable management team who are fanatical about safer gambling, customer excellence and a quality product
14. Assist the recruitment and development of a strong team of multi skilled employees ensuring they deliver the Grosvenor brand experience across sales, leisure and food and beverage
15. Proactively drive sales and control margin and costs to drive casino profitability
16. Ensure your casino proactively complies with all regulation, particularly the Gaming Commission licensing requirements, and that you are a champion for safer gambling
Qualifications
17. PML holder with previous casino experience
18. Previous team leadership experience within a service driven environment (Hospitality, Entertainment, Leisure, F&B or similar)
19. Customer focused with experience in delivering excellent service in hosting activities, front of house/reception, F&B etc
20. Good at managing change and building a positive culture
21. Previous experience of promotional events and managing / directing a customer orientated retail business to a wide range of customers including VIPs and regular visitors
22. Excellent communicator, able to collaborate with the wider business
23. Sound commercial and financial acumen
24. Values and personally demonstrates behaviours that support and encourages inclusion and diversity.
25. Flexibility to work at peak times (evenings, nights and weekends) as required by the business
