Account Manager Radiology North of England
Job Description
You will be responsible for expanding our presence across Radiology Informatics (RI) install-base accounts in England North. You will work together with product-focused RI Sales Specialists to drive growth by bringing the full value of our RI portfolio to customers. You will deepen customer relationships in existing accounts and cultivate opportunities to cross-sell and/or expand our Radiology Informatics solutions at key accounts.
This role requires a self-starter mentality, a strong orientation to build intimacy with our customers, and a focus on delivering results for Philips and our customers.
Your responsibilities include the following:
1. Cultivate meaningful customer partnerships and expand RI presence within existing RI accounts Nurture and continuously grow a network of key customer decision makers at our RI install base accounts, serving as the “face of RI sales” for the account and maintaining a high-touch relationshipDevelop a comprehensive understanding of customer needs across an accountTranslating customer needs into an executable account strategy that effectively position RI solutions to create value for customersOwn sales opportunities end-to-end, collaborating with product-focused RI Sales Specialists to provide deep product expertise during key portions of the sales process
2. Drive deployment of regional RI business unit strategy Collaborate with regional commercial leaders to deliver on shared RI business objectives across the full RI solution portfolio (RIS, PACS, AV, ICAP, PB)Effectively manage an order funnel to build towards targets and RI business objectivesMaintain RI seller best practices (incl. Salesforce utilization and hygiene) to enable effective reporting and forecasting
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
3. Preferred bachelor's degree in relevant discipline.
4. Proven track record of creating and executing account plans towards sales objectives and delivering commercial targets
5. Preferred in-depth experience of selling Healthcare IT products in a clinical environment, and/or great knowledge of hospital ecosystem.
6. Sound knowledge of Radiology workflow
7. Deep customer-orientation, track record of ability to cultivate strong customer relationships with key decision makers (incl. C-suite)
8. Able to clearly articulate the value of technical software and/or medical products to a range of customer profiles
9. Understand how to efficiently leverage specialist knowledge / product resources to develop tailored customer offerings
10. Resilient sales mindset able to adapt in a dynamic customer environment
11. Experience managing a software sales funnel and prioritizing opportunities requiring escalation or acceleration to ultimately deliver on results
12. Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce)
13. Quality first and Patient Safety mindset
14. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
