The Financial Analyst will partner with multiple stakeholders to support daily finance operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced business at Amazon. Key Responsibilities
1. Prepares and reviews complex account reconciliations, financial analyses, and deliverables.
2. Work independently to support BAU operations for Amazon India Private Limited and Amazon Seller Services Private Limited businesses.
3. Perform daily reconciliation of order-wise Sale, Refund transactions along with identification, deep dive, escalation, and closure of exceptions by partnering with various worldwide business partners.
4. Ensure KPIs are met 100% as per business expectations.
5. Design and implement necessary controls to address SOX, operational risk, and ensure ongoing testing of these controls.
6. Advise business teams in the launch of new products and capabilities regarding potential impact on these accounts.
7. Closely work with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate representation in entity accounts and ensure timely month-end close activities.
8. Drive continuous improvement and automations to reduce manual touch points and mitigate business risks.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience using data to influence business decisions.
* CA with 0-4 years of experience.
* Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL, and VBA skills.
* Experience in finance operations, analytical reporting, and timely resolution of issues.
* Good communication skills.
* Good articulation skills.
* Well versed with MS Excel.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* 2+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience.
