Job Title: Primary Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and development?
We are looking for passionate and committed Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our partner primary schools. In this role, you will assist across all key stages, offering essential support to both teachers and students in diverse classroom environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist teachers in delivering lessons and activities across all key stages.
* Offer one-on-one and group support to students, especially those with additional needs.
* Help prepare resources and materials for lessons.
* Encourage positive behaviour and actively engage students in learning activities.
* Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
Essential Qualifications & Requirements:
* At least 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English (or an equivalent qualification).
* Previous experience working with children (preferred), whether personal or professional.
* A positive attitude and a strong passion for helping children reach their full potential.
* Ability to work well both as part of a team and independently when necessary.
* Access to personal transport or the ability to commute easily within the Sheffield area.
