Job Description
This role will support engagement across the entire account, supporting the operational management teams with the delivery of improvement and action plans resulting from People surveys.
Providing in-role coaching and guidance to the operational managers regarding people and engagement processes and supporting with rolling out and embedding Placemaker Pathway training. Representing ISS on the One Team Forum.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own the delivery of the MyVoice Action Plans, and ensure Operational managers are regularly revisiting and updating their teams on progress against these plans
2. Be a key contributor to the One Team Forum; helping to shape collaborative policies for all employees across all organisation on the BT account
3. Support the roll out of, and deliver some of the sessions for, Placemaker Pathway, revisiting as necessary to ensure understanding and adherence to the principles
4. Support Operational managers through in-role coaching with people and engagement issues, including some support around ER cases where necessary
5. Maintain positive links with ISS L&D team and P&C to ensure maximum benefit is gained in the account through training and development programmes

6. Radiate positive attitude, facilitating psychological safety and building space where everyone feels welcome

8. Qualified ISS Train the Trainer
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
10. Experience of ISS engagement tools, L&D strategy
11. Understanding of people processes, including ER
