Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individual(s) with highly developed leadership and management skills and experience. These posts offer a unique and exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, forward thinking and collaborative Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) leadership team. The post holder will effectively lead service improvements and transformational change in line with the strategic ambitions of North Ayrshire HSCP’s strategic plan. As a Senior Manager you will be responsible for the development and delivery of health and social care services as well as operational management, leadership, governance and development of the frontline Service Delivery inclusive of Care at Home, Community Alarm/Telecare, Reablement and Day Services. A car owner/driver is essential. The successful candidate will be based at Cunninghame House, Irvine, however this is flexible with opportunities to work remotely, and will work 35 hours over 5 days. Part-time or job share opportunities cannot be supported at this time.
