This role would suit someone who'd like to join an expanding business, and who wants to get rewarded for a job well done. Must have experience in business development and client management and the role can be remote, however, client base mostly Tyrone centric, so must be able to travel here regularly. The Client Our client is one of the largest independently owned Insurance Brokers in NI, with their head office based in Omagh. They have been trading for 33 years, and through organic growth and acquisitions, have built a network of 14 branches across NI & 2 locations in ROI. They put their customers at the heart of everything they do and have an excellent reputation on the market as a leader in their field. The Role The role as an Account Executive will sit within the Commercial division. Typical duties will include: Managing a portfolio of clients in a range of sectors including Wholesale, Engineering & Agriculture, creating new and building on existing relationships Identifying client risks and ensuring appropriate insurance needs are met Generating new leads, identifying opportunities, and developing new business Processing new business applications Managing the renewal process, negotiating terms and handling claims Preparing and presenting new business, reports and meeting sales targets Staying updated on industry regulations and ensuring compliance Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders Updating computer systems with customer details to ensure accurate records are maintained Essential Criteria At least 6 months experience in client management, generating leads, developing new business, and meeting sales targets Good understanding of insurance products, policies and industry regulations A desire to contribute to the growth of the client book by building new client relationships Ability to identify and address client needs, negotiate terms, and resolve issues High attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Package Salary up to £55k, depending on skills & experience Potential to earn up to £10k annually in bonus Pension contribution Private medical care Store discount 22 days annual leave, plus stats To speak in absolute confidence about this opportunity please send an up-to-date CV via the link provided or contact Gabriella Tomb, Specialist Recruitment Consultant at Honeycomb on.
