Our client is urgently seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a solid background in reporting to join the team on a fixed term contract until December 2025. As the Business Analyst, you’ll bridge the gap between the Global Service Desk and the IT Service Management team, playing a critical part in delivering regular reports on IT function metrics and supporting workflows and documentation. Key responsibilities as the Business Analyst: Develop high-level process flows and facilitate solution design for business systems. Effectively integrate systems and business processes to ensure smooth operations. Adopt a customer-focused approach to ensure that changes deliver tangible value to the business. Lead all aspects of the reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Create, implement, and maintain a report depository to provide data and analytics to senior teams in a timely manner. Implement and manage a reporting schedule that aligns with the business needs, adapting to varying demands and handling ad-hoc requests as required. Analyse key performance trends and provide actionable recommendations. Collaborate with commercial and reporting disciplines to ensure reporting quality aligns with company standards. Provide exceptional expertise in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations. Key Skills and experience required as the Business Analyst: Proven experience in a Business Analyst role. Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint. Ability to analyse complex data and deliver meaningful insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment, managing multiple priorities.
