As a Business Continuity Manager, you will ensure that high standards are consistently met across the facility, and that the company adheres to all regulations, legislative, and statutory requirements. This role will champion internal standards through thorough quality auditing and reporting on all quality assurance data gathered, and communicate key messages and present data to various audiences, making improvement recommendations and supporting individuals, teams, and the company in achieving better quality outcomes. This role also encompasses responsibility for business continuity across the site, building and maintaining resilience against unforeseen events.

What you’ll be doing?
* Driving the highest standards of quality to P2U customers in all regards
* Taking responsibility for site security, health & safety, risk of fire, response to fire and any other risks of major business disruption or to the site’s physical infrastructure
* Championing internal standards, assuring high quality and compliance for all site outputs.
* Be the first point of contact for all site accuracy related issues
* Ensure the site is adhering to all legislative and regulatory requirements, and raising any issues accordingly
* Driving high standards, cleanliness and housekeeping across the facility
* Preventing and minimising theft, fraud, inventory shrinkage, and other incidents that result in a loss to the company
* Taking ownership of site risk register and mitigation actions
* Motivate employees to not only strive to meet compliance and quality standards, but also to exceed them
* Ensuring effective Governance and internal communication, integrated approach with operational site management team
* Performing periodic audits and designing control systems to support internal regulations and policies
Who are we looking for?
* Solid grounding and practical experience in working in the pharmaceutical environment, coupled with a background in operations working in a distribution centre/automated warehouse
* Analytical Skills: Must possess strong analytical skills. The ability to systematically gather information from a variety of sources, analyse information, identify implications of data, draw appropriate conclusions
* In-depth understanding of industry standards and regulations
* A high degree of initiative and personal responsibility with a commitment to promoting high standards and continuous improvement.
* Exposure to working on change and transformation projects in an operational setting
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple priorities, and delivering results to deadlines
* IT literate with MS office suite at intermediate level
