Sales Specialist – Veterinary (surgical products)

The Role:
* This is an opportunity for someone to work in veterinary sales, selling devices used in surgical environments, covering the Northern region of England.
* These devices are used in specialist surgical environments, covering large animal and some smaller domestic pet cases.
* Meeting with practice managers and owners, surgical staff, along with other key stakeholders within the sales process.
* You will receive extensive training on the company products, including completing training modules, attending various training and CPD events.
* Shadowing team members, including clinical staff, and working closely with senior people to build on your training and development in the products.
* Contributing to the national sales targets by supporting other members of the veterinary sales team.
* Attending Regional and National Sales Meetings, along with exhibitions around the UK.

* Basic salary: Up to £35k

The Ideal Person:
* The ideal person for this role is an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse who wants to further their career and move into the world of veterinary sales.
* You could also be a recent veterinary studies graduate with some working experience who has a desire to work in veterinary device sales.
* You will need to have some work experience within the vet practice, which could be while at university or following graduation.
* Clinical staff without a degree who have a good understanding of large or small animal anatomy could be strongly considered for this role.
* An outgoing personality and excellent people skills are essential for this career path.
* You must live in the Manchester, Leeds, or surrounding areas.
* You will need a full UK driving licence.
* Right to work in the UK is essential – no sponsorship available.
