The Sales Director will be responsible for driving £850,000 in new revenue during 2025, while fostering relationships with high-value clients and building a scalable sales infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Execution Develop and implement a robust sales strategy targeting rail industry operators, international markets, and consulting opportunities.
Identify and prioritise high-value prospects to maximise revenue generation.
Revenue Growth Achieve a sales target of £850,000 in new contracts by December 2025.
Expand Jnction's client base by acquiring at least 25 new contracts during the year.
Team Leadership Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide coaching to ensure target achievement Client Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Develop tailored solutions to meet client needs and ensure satisfaction.
Market Development Identify new market opportunities, both domestic and international, for SaaS and consulting services.
Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking functions.
Sales Infrastructure Implement and manage CRM tools to track leads, sales activities, and performance metrics.
Establish scalable sales processes to ensure long-term growth and efficiency.
Collaboration Work closely with the product and marketing teams to align sales efforts with product enhancements and promotional campaigns.
Provide market feedback to guide product development and strategy.
Key Deliverables £850,000 in new sales revenue.
10 new contracts by the end of Q2 2025 and 15 more by year-end.
Scalable sales infrastructure to support future growth.
Enhanced client satisfaction and loyalty.
Required Qualifications 7 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Expertise in SaaS, consulting, or technology sales, preferably within transportation or related industries.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical abilities and familiarity with CRM tools.
Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of the rail or transportation industry.
International sales experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Compensation Package Base Salary: £80,000
- £100,000 (depending on experience).
Performance-Based Bonus: Up to £50,000 (tied to revenue targets).
Equity Option: Negotiable, based on long-term contribution and alignment with company goals.
