The Impact You’ll Make:
You will be working as part of a dedicated HR team who drive the Marriott Philosophy of ‘Take Care of our Associates’ offering opportunities to help grow and develop careers, focus on team wellbeing, and support in organizing fun monthly events. You will be a true ambassador who sells the Delta Brand to future employees and support with onboarding them into the team.
What You’ll Do:
* Drive recruitment activity, screen candidates, and deliver onboarding for new team members.
* Build relationships with associates and managers within the team and provide support as necessary.
* Deliver training events.
* Promote wellbeing and organize events within the hotel.
* Ensure associate files are kept up to date and all documents are correct and accurate.
* Positively promote careers within Hospitality through partnerships with local colleges, universities, job centers, and other organizations.
* Maintain confidentiality of information, protecting the privacy and security of co-workers.

* Previous relevant work experience in a Human Resources role would be an advantage.
