Each rotation will give you the chance to take on new responsibilities and challenges whilst being supported to develop clinically. You will be given protected time each month to work together to meet your learning needs in a peer support framework accessing highly specialist clinicians in voice, head and neck cancer, stroke, critical care and neurological degenerative conditions to further develop your knowledge and skills. Our aim is to ensure our team have the right skills to see the right people at the right time and we invest in our staff to achieve this.We are proactive in research and service development and staff are encouraged to attend postgraduate courses/ RCSLT CENs.
