Job Description:
We are seeking a Quality Management Systems Coordinator for a long-established, privately-owned manufacturing group based in Derbyshire.
Reporting directly to the MD, the key responsibilities include:
1. Ownership of the HACCP team and manuals
2. Development of the site technical team, delivering regular quality meetings
3. Ensuring all products meet specifications and customer requirements, driving compliance and continuous improvement
4. Ensuring site standards meet the current BRC Global Standard and customer technical requirements
5. Auditing process records for compliance and reporting on performance
6. Establishing achievable quality standards with customers and maintaining them
7. Maintaining site hygiene standards and conducting hygiene audits
8. Supporting the stock controller to ensure procurement integrity
9. Monitoring and auditing corrective actions related to customer complaints
10. Preparing for third-party audits and supporting compliance
11. Completing all customer compliance system requirements
