Key responsibilities of a Lettings Property Administrator
The main purpose of this role is to provide administrative and compliance support to branches, ensuring that move in documentation is provided efficiently and compliantly to allow branches to maximize their move ins.
Skills and experience required to be a successful Lettings Property Administrator
6. Experience as an Administrator / Customer Service or similar role
7. Customer focused
8. Resilient, positive, numerate and detail oriented
9. Organised and able to prioritise workload in a faced paced environment
10. Keen interest in learning and keeping up to date with industry changes
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
12. IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
