Role: Senior Sales Negotiator

Job Description: A leading independent brand are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish, including identifying potential buyers, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth transaction for all parties involved.
Responsibilities:
1. Proactively identify and approach potential buyers to generate leads
2. Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about properties to interested parties
3. Negotiate offers and terms of sale to achieve the best possible outcome for vendors
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers
5. Keep up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
6. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for all clients
Requirements:
7. Previous experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry
8. Strong negotiation and communication skills
9. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
10. Proactive and results-oriented approach to work
11. Knowledge of the local real estate market is desirable
12. Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
Package:
13. £30, Basic salary
14. £60, - £65, OTE
