About our exciting opportunity
Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for numbers and problem-solving? We're seeking a skilled Finance Assistant to fully own our invoicing, payment queries, and supplier/customer reconciliations.
In this role, you'll manage both the purchase and sales ledger, process invoices, cross-reference purchase orders, and track aged balances. You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure funds recovery and handle specific recharges like utility strikes. Your ability to meet deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and support external audits will be crucial. Experience with Sage 200 and managing fleet vehicle deposits is a plus.

Your skills and experience
* ACCA/CIMA Qualified or studying towards
* At least 2 years’ experience working within a Finance Department
* Experience using programmes within Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills)
* Previous experience with Sage 200 (desirable)
* Practical understanding of purchase and sales ledgers
