SF Recruitment are pleased to announce a partnership with a leading client in North Derby to recruit for Purchase Ledger Assistant. Initially this role will be office based with an opportunity to do one day hybrid when you have settled into the position. Working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week, with some flex on hours this role could be a great fit for you to join a well established and supportive team.
We are looking for a hands on individual who has a keen eye for detail, who would be able to jump into a busy payables function. Your duties would include:
-Supplier statement reconciliations
-Processing of payment runs, ensuring they are authorised by management
-Resolution of supplier queries, promptly and effectively
-Raising and processing of invoices, circa 100 per day
-3 way matching with GRN ensuring all data is correctly inputted into the system
-Liaison with internal departments
