As we scale, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Associate, HR Operations to support our HR function in building strong systems, policies, and processes globally.
About the role:
As a Senior Associate, HR Operations, you will play a key role in the implementation and maintenance of our new HR Information System (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS). You will work closely with the Global Head of HR to ensure seamless HR operations, including policy implementation, payroll feeds, and benefits administration. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in HR operations and systems who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
This role is for a 12 month’s fixed term contract and is based in our London office, with the option to work remotely a couple of days per week.
Jobs to be Done:
* Play an active role in the completion of the set-up and the configuration of the new HRIS, HiBob
* Support the extension of HR policies globally
* Operationalise and document key HR processes, such as performance evaluation, compensation and promotion, management of work visa according to the requirements
* Develop a HR dashboard and work on KPIs and KRIs reporting for the HR department
Duties and Responsibilities:
HRIS & ATS Implementation & Maintenance
* Support the configuration, implementation, and optimisation of the company’s new HR Information System (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
* Ensure data integrity, system updates, and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders
* Generate HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making
* Act as the primary administrator and point of contact for system-related queries and improvements HR Operations
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies across global locations, ensuring compliance with local regulations
* Maintain and update HR documentation, including employee handbooks, contracts, and compliance policies
* Support the operationalisation of payroll feeds, ensuring accurate and timely data flow between HR systems, payroll providers and the Finance team
* Oversee benefits administration, including enrollments, renewals, and vendor management
Employee Lifecycle & Administration
* Partnering with colleagues in the HR team, ensure smooth execution of onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system setup, and compliance checks
* Support HR processes related to performance management, promotions, and internal mobility
* Act as a point of contact for HR operational queries from employees and managers
Required Skills and experience:
* 3-5 years of HR operations experience, preferably in a fast-paced, global environment
* Experience in HRIS and ATS implementation, configuration, and maintenance (HiBob experience required, Greenhouse preferred)
* Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll feeds, and benefits administration
* Analytical skills with the ability to generate HR reports and insights
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
* Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and HR reporting tools
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in drafting and implementing HR policies in a multi-jurisdictional setting
* Experience in the fintech or tech sector
* Project Management experience
* Knowledge of global HR compliance and employment laws
* Experience working with third-party payroll and benefits providers
