Location: CBRE Rate of pay: £38,000 per annum Working pattern: Monday to Friday 06:30 till 15:00 overtime Key responsibilities Develop and design innovative salad and finger food menus Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards Responsible for the running of the hospitality section from working breakfast to fine dining lunches. Including sandwich lunches Responsible for some fine dining, around 10 covers a month Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and storage areas. Train and supervise kitchen staff in proper food handling What's in it for you?
