Responsibilities include: Providing helpdesk support, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues Ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal policies Managing system updates, change requests, and process improvements Generating reports and insights to support HR and business strategy Delivering training and documentation to enhance user experience What Were Looking For Experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central or a similar HRIS such as : Workday HCM, Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, UKG Pro, ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian Dayforce, BambooHR, Sage People, and PeopleSoft HCM. Background in HR and/or payroll systems administration Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Desirable Previous experience in manufacturing or fast-paced industries Service desk/ticket management expertise Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel This is a fixed-term contract with the potential for extension, offering the chance to work with a dynamic and forward-thinking company.
