We are looking for individuals who will provide high quality care and treatment to our patients. Baswich Ward is an assessment ward mainly covering South Staffordshire. Sometimes we have patients from other areas. We have 12 beds and provide care for males and females with possible or diagnosed organic mental illnesses such as dementia. 1 bed is based in an end-of-life suite offering palliative care. This role will require you to work shift patterns covering 24/7 Main duties of the job As a Healthcare Support Worker on our Mental Health wards, you will promote service user's recovery through the delivery of high quality, outcome measured care and evidence-based interventions. As part of this role, you will be expected to Provide support and spend therapeutic time with an allocated group of service users with mental health needs.
