This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys problem-solving, working in a team, and delivering top-tier service.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nHandle inbound and outbound customer calls, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.\nAccurately process customer orders, payments, and returns, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.\nManage customer concerns and complaints with patience and professionalism, aiming for first-contact resolution.\nMaintain and update customer records, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.\nWork closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and problem resolution.\nEnsure all customer queries are followed up in a timely manner to maintain customer satisfaction. \n\n The candidate\n\nMinimum of 12 months of office-based customer service experience.\nStrong verbal and written communication with a confident, professional telephone manner.\nAbility to accurately log information and follow processes without errors.\nWorks well in a collaborative environment and contributes to team success.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.\nAbility to handle complaints and customer issues with patience, empathy, and efficiency
