Then you've come to the right place We offer A very interesting role where you will be part of the Marketing Communications team in Region North (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, UK, Ireland & Nordics) and will work closely with colleagues responsible for the strategy, development and implementation of regional marketing activities. Some travel activity can be expected. Key responsibilities Your main focus will be on coordinating and developing content on an ongoing basis for both B2C and B2B target audiences in the English-speaking markets (GB & I Nordics), with a viral role to increase awareness in these markets. Other key tasks will include, but not been limited to: Influencer management: Working with existing influencers and identifying new suitable influencers will play an important part of your remit Strategy Development : Create, test, and implement social media strategies tailored to each brand’s unique voice and audience Content Creation: Ongoing planning and creation of content, coordinating its production (including for Meta, LinkedIn and Pinterest) and liaising regularly with external stakeholders regarding requirements, feedback and approvals Platform Optimisation: Ensure that each social channel is optimised for maximum engagement and visibility. KPI driven optimization and frequent reporting included Knowledge Sharing: You are part of the social expert network in the region. You will share knowledge and work closely with other internal departments (B2B, Customer Service, Sales). Who we are looking for With your creative mindset and commercial skills, you enjoy exploring new possibilities and working with a variety of stakeholders. Furthermore you: Have in-depth knowledge of the social media channel-mix (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest ) Have the ability to handle multiple campaigns, communicate effectively, and engage with stakeholders Enjoy working in an international team, thinking outside the box and liaising with regional and global teams Are a native English speaker (nice to have: German) As an outgoing person with strong communication skills, you excel at communicating across projects and are a proactive team player with a can-do spirit and a desire to expand your overall business understanding.
