As part of validation, you will also be responsible for validating the month end files for all above RTT Access measures including 6-week diagnostic measures and cancelled operations inc the 28 day standard of re-booking. To be responsible for tracking, monitoring, analysing and escalating all patients within the Trust to achieve all Access targets particularly RTT patients. To equally track, monitor, analyse and escalate patients identified in the Planned & Post RTT category, ensuring these patients are legitimately in the correct category and have the correct see by dates and seen at the clinically appropriate time.
