JOB PURPOSE
The role of the Receptionist / Host is to:
è Ensure customers and visitors receive an immediate welcome.
è Ensure all calls, both internal and external are answered and dealt with efficiently within the correct process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
è Ensure reception area is staffed and kept tidy at all times.
è Direct customers towards the seating area and offer refreshments while they are waiting.
è Handle and co-ordinate all calls and visitors, taking full details of the caller’s business, paging members of staff as needed.
è Establish and maintain a system to monitor the whereabouts of key staff at all times.
è Keep customer refreshments stocked up at all times.
è Keep customer waiting area clean and tidy and clear of crockery etc at all times; also kitchen area in showroom.
è Correctly process all outgoing post ready for despatch each evening.
è Ensure the safety and security of people, vehicles and property at all times, reporting any known faults or hazards.

Hours: Mon - Fri 1pm - 6pm
