Assisting the Contracts Manager with all contracts, health & safety and supplier management Day to day management and delivery of the FM Contract Responsible for the management and training of Workplace, Facilities and reception staff within the building Provide the site and client management team with regular updates on any building, staffing or general issues affecting the premises ensuring actions are tracked, followed through and closed out in a timely manner. Provide a high level of customer service to all building users and visits alike. Carry out regular building walks Development of the team on site to ensure excellence in customer service Lead regular team briefings with staff to deliver clear understanding of client requirements & business objectives. Ensure all operational services and agreed contract objectives are consistently delivered on time and in accordance with the contract requirements. To assist with the control of all financial and commercial aspects of contracts. Manage & Audit site records and E-log books Responsible for reviewing building security, Fire Marshall and first aid requirements DOES THIS SOUND LIKE A GOOD FIT FOR YOU? Previous facilities management experience Previous team management experience as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills Previous stakeholder management skills as well as excellent IT Skills If you have a relevant H&S Qualification (IOSH, NEBOSH etc) that would be beneficial but not essential If you’re ready to make a difference and lead in this critical area, we want to hear from you You may have experience in addition to this which we will be happy to discuss.
