Customer Service Representative - £12.00 per hour
Location: Quedgeley, Gloucester | Temporary Position
Join a trusted company as a Customer Service Representative, handling outbound calls and booking appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to customers to arrange and schedule appointments.
2. Collect and update customer information accurately.
3. Communicate professionally and courteously at all times.
4. Work closely with the appointments team to ensure a smooth booking process.
5. Meet daily and weekly call targets.
About You:
1. Strong communication and organisational skills.
2. Previous call centre or telephone-based experience (ideal).
3. A confident and professional telephone manner.
4. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
