We are looking for a passionate and inspiring Lunchtime Assistant, to join our supportive and talented team at Waycroft Academy in Bristol. We are a diverse multi-academy trust, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our pupils' learning.
As a Lunchtime Assistant, your duties will include:
1. Setting up dining furniture and cutlery.
2. Cleaning during and after meals.
3. Supervising the children during their play, including applying first aid.
In this role you will be proactive and efficient, as well as able to foster positive 'working friendships' with children and staff. You will need to be firm, fair and yet be able to reinforce our positive approach to developing excellent behaviour. If you have a passion for supporting and caring for children and you are confident to guide and talk to groups of young children, we would like to hear from you.
Waycroft Primary Academy is a two-form entry primary school, with nursery provisions for both two and three-year-olds, located in Stockwood, Bristol. We have extensive grounds that provide our children with many opportunities for outdoor learning.
