The Client Project team is an upbeat, dynamic team of 5 from a range of international backgrounds and cultures, operating to assist our clients and audience members worldwide. As a Project Management Apprentice, you will help ensure that our large range of advertorial and editorial projects, from webinars to press releases or interviews around scientific research, are handled successfully while managing internal and external requests following high customer service standards and processes. You will do this by:
* Contributing to project management, ensuring the smooth delivery of client features by creating administrative tools such as spreadsheets, requirement forms and timelines.
* Communicating with internal and external stakeholders, introducing new projects and assisting them with their requests, notably through emails, and virtual meetings.
* Creating, developing and distributing marketing campaigns for all client projects, including the creation of webpages, banners, emails and social media posts.
* Analysing and reporting on specific projects and general strategy performance, and adapting marketing strategies according to data.
* Assisting the Sales team to encourage client relationships and retention.
Throughout this 18-month Apprenticeship, you will be working towards a Level 4 Associate Project Manager apprenticeship qualification. You will spend 20% of your working week dedicated to training and learning via an accredited Training Provider and the remaining 80% will be spent applying your learning ‘on-the-job’.
To apply for this apprenticeship role, you must:
* Be over the age of 16.
* Be living in England.
* Not be in full-time education.
* Not already have achieved a related qualification equal to, or higher than the Level 4 Associate Project Manager apprenticeship.
* Be able to attend our London office in-person, at least 3 days per week.
Location: The successful candidate will be able to utilise our balanced working model. We ask that candidates live within a commutable distance of our Blackfriars, London office to ensure that as a balanced worker they can make it to our office locations to collaborate as required. There is an expectation for a minimum of 3 days per week in-person time.
Qualifications
What we are looking for from you:
* Level 2, or higher, in English and Maths (equivalent to A*-C or grade 4-9 at GCSE).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to multitask and prioritise while keeping a strong sense of organisation.
* A clear interest in developing your skills in marketing with an enthusiasm for the world of academic publishing.
* You display good analytical and problem-solving skills.
* You enjoy working in a very collaborative environment, sometimes at a fast pace.
* You are comfortable with splitting your time between working in person in our London based office, and working remotely from home.
* You are computer literate and comfortable with Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc).
