Key Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:
* Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
* Provide one-on-one support to students, fostering their academic and personal growth.
* The Teaching Assistant must be able to assist with classroom management and ensuring a safe learning environment.
* Help assess student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
Requirements of a Teaching Assistant:
* Minimum of 6 months experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK-based educational setting is essential.
* Level 3 qualification is essential.
* Verifiable references from previous employers or placements.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for education and supporting the learning journey of students.
* SEN qualification and experience would be desirable.
* Experience assisting secondary based students.
