Key Responsibilities:
* Guide customers through their purchasing journey, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
* Act as the main point of contact for buyers, providing updates and support.
* Manage CRM systems, keeping track of customer interactions and key milestones.
* Organise and attend buyer-focused events to enhance the customer experience.
* Support the coordination of show homes and marketing suites to maintain high standards.
* Liaise with internal teams, including sales, development, and customer service, to deliver an exceptional service.
About You:
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Customer-focused with a proactive and professional approach.
* Excellent organisation and time management.
* Experience within property, new homes, or a customer-facing role is beneficial but not essential.
* Experience with sales progression and customer relations is preferable.
