Key responsibilities include advising on employee relations cases, reviewing and developing recruitment policies, liaising with line managers, supporting the HR team, and ensuring recruiting documents are up to date.
We seek a confident and enthusiastic HR & Recruitment professional with a driving licence, proven experience in recruitment and ER casework, solid understanding of HR best practice, employment legislation, and recruitment and onboarding.
