Commercial Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Manager to play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of the Property Care department at Community Housing. The successful candidate will oversee procurement, financial management, resource planning, administration, and fleet management, while driving IT and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to ensure best value for the organization.
* Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
* Plan and coordinate resources to meet business needs, ensuring efficient use of personnel and assets.
* Oversee administration, including HR, facilities, and IT.
* Manage the fleet, ensuring vehicles are properly maintained and utilized.
* Drive IT projects to improve business processes and efficiency.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in commercial management, preferably in a similar role.
* Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to lead and motivate teams.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
