Are you an experienced Sales Ledger Assistant looking for a new opportunity? We’re recruiting for a fantastic company in Leeming Bar that values accuracy, teamwork, and a proactive approach to finance administration.
The Role:
1. Oversee daily sales ledger operations to maintain accurate financial records.
2. Process and issue credit notes efficiently across the ledger.
3. Ensure customers receive the necessary invoices, statements, and credit notes in a timely manner.
4. Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth financial transactions.
5. Assist with general finance administration when required.
What You’ll Need:
6. Experience in a sales ledger or finance administration role.
7. Proficiency in Sage and Excel .
8. A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage workload effectively.
9. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
