Starting salary from: £36,120 - £45,150 pro-rata, per annum (based on experience) plus a strong benefits package and career progression opportunities
Part-time (22.2 hours/3 days worked Wednesday to Friday/Job Share / Permanent)
To work within the CI/CML team facilitating and co-ordinating all aspects of the NCP, NCP Defects, and LV Monitor programmes. To assist in the collation and development of Licence wide reporting on CI/CML. Provide interface with contractors and internal businesses to assist in the delivery of projects.
What you’ll be doing
1. Day to day co-ordination of programme trackers.
2. Management and manipulation of data in Excel to produce reports and present views on programme position.
3. Carry out tasks in accordance with Energy Networks safety rules.
4. Ensure that all projects are delivered within timescales and to costs.
5. Co-ordination of field staff/material requirements etc.
6. Required standard of safety, quality and environmental management met.
7. Work towards a zero-accident culture and lead by example.
8. Deliver excellent customer service to all aspects of your operation and actively promote customer service standards within area of responsibility.
9. Comply with site and workplace audits.
10. Attendance at monthly team meetings.
11. All appropriate safety documentation complied with.
What you’ll bring
1. Working knowledge of Energy Networks policies, procedures and working practices.
2. Working knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation.
3. Awareness of network development policies and procedures.
4. Knowledge of network and the network management systems.
5. Contract management skills and general commercial & regulatory awareness.
6. Developed negotiation, communication, and people management skills.
7. Ability to devise solutions to complex problems/challenges.
8. Working knowledge of Energy Networks IT systems.
9. Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Excel with a particular emphasis on data manipulation and formulas (lookups, Pivot tables, etc.).
10. Strong Stakeholder Management.
