Role: Telecoms Design Engineer (Outside of IR35 or PAYE/Umbrella if preferred)

Our client is seeking 2 experienced Telecoms Design Engineers to work on an ongoing contract.
The role will include:
Telecoms Design
Creating, modifying, and analysing the design of equipment, systems, or installations, including specifications for manufacturing, fabrication, or construction on assignments of medium to high complexity using established solutions. Ensure the creation of customised designs with high priority on identification and control of hazards. Contributes to design reviews and verification following established QA/QC processes, provides feedback on design aspects, and makes necessary modifications. Optimise designs to meet updated standards, incorporating new products, components, and functionalities.
Responsibilities:
* Excellent knowledge of National and International Telecommunications Standards and Specifications.
* Significant documented experience with the design of Telecommunication Systems:
o PAGA
o Telephony
o LAN / WAN / WLAN
o Radio – UHF / TETRA / VHF
o Closed Circuit Television (CCTV)
o Access Control Systems
o Integrated Security Management Systems
o Automatic Identification System
o Collision Avoidance Radar Systems
o Bird Deterrent Systems
o Meteorological Weather Monitoring Systems
o Radar Transponder Beacon (RACON)
o Structured Cabling System (SCS) CAT6 / CAT6A
o Fibre Optic Cabling
* Experience in the preparation of technical document deliverables:
o Functional Design Specifications, Operation and Maintenance Manuals, Main Equipment Lists, Bill of Materials, Power & Heat Calculations, Radio and Wireless LAN Desktop Studies, CCTV Coverage Studies, Telecommunication Systems Block Diagrams, Wiring Diagrams and Layout Drawings.
o BICSI Installer 2 Copper and Optical Fibre Certification.
o Degree qualified or suitable documented experience of no less than 5 years.
Experience:
* Experience setting up and preparing for Telecommunication Systems Factory Acceptance Testing.
* Installation and Commissioning experience onshore and offshore in an Oil & Gas / Petrochemical environment.
* Full-time availability for 6 months minimum.
* Current Passport with minimum 12 months before expiry.
Desirable:
* Basic Offshore Induction and Emergency Training (BOSIET) with Compressed Air Emergency Breathing System (CA-EBS) UK and Netherlands Sector.
