We are looking to hire a Research and Operations Associate to support delivery of our clinical research initiatives. Reporting to the Clinical Research Lead, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating research projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist in managing and coordinating clinical research projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all milestones are met on time.
* Ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
* Collect, process, and maintain accurate and complete study documentation and record, while ensuring data quality and integrity.
* Serve as the primary contact for study participants, providing information and support throughout the study duration. Conduct informed consent processes and manage participant visits.
* Effectively communicate with study participants, team members, and external partners. Handle sensitive topics with empathy and professionalism.
* Work closely with the research team to ensure the successful execution of research protocols.
* Support monitoring of study progress and conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to study protocols and regulatory standards. Identify and address any issues or deviations.
* Monitor key progress metrics to ensure adherence to protocols and timelines.
* Assist in the preparation of study reports, presentations, and publications.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, healthcare, clinical research).
* Knowledge of clinical trial design, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
