The primary focus of the role is to manage and develop the strategy of the full commercial parts business, taking financial accountability for the budget and dealer targets.
Working with both your dealer network and key account customers, using data to generate reports and identify spend trends, opportunities for growth and new sales channels.
The role has circa 7 direct reports and if responsible for over £100m in parts sales on an annual basis. Manging both a team and internal relationships with other areas of the business such as Marketing, will play a large part in your day-to-day responsibilities.
What Do You Need?
* Previous experience managing a team
* Understanding of Automotive OEM space
* Ability in data analysis and using Excel/Microsoft tools.
* Passionate team player, who advocates customer excellence.
* Self-motivated, with the ability to organise and manage time efficiently.
* Strong communication, with focus on problem solving and negotiation.
* Understanding of designing and creating marketing campaigns
* Previous experience building and managing budgets
