Your main responsibilities as a Team Manager:
* The organisation management and supervision of social care, looked after children and independent review and child protection services for disabled children
* You will be a highly motivated individual whom will be responsible for the team based development of high quality social work, early intervention and looked after children practice by ensuring that case work is appropriately planned, critically evaluated and reviewed and that key performance indicators are met.
* To contribute to overall strategic planning and management of the service and to the development of high quality services. To lead the team ensuring that the functions of the Service are carried out effectively and in accordance with the legislation, regulations, guidance standards and local procedures and priorities.
* To represent the Head of Service as delegated.
What we are looking for in a Team Manager:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
