Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistant – Blackpool (FY4)

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a wonderful primary school in Blackpool (FY4) to recruit enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistants to join their team from September 2025. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available to suit your availability.
The Role:
* Supporting children in Nursery and Reception with their learning and development.
* Working closely with class teachers and the EYFS team to deliver engaging activities.
* Providing one-to-one and small group support as required.
* Encouraging social, emotional, and educational development through play and structured activities.
* Assisting with the preparation of resources and the maintenance of a safe and nurturing learning environment.
The ideal candidate will:
* Hold a relevant Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (or equivalent experience).
* Have experience working with young children, ideally within an EYFS setting.
* Be committed, caring, and able to foster positive relationships with pupils and staff.
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
* Have a good understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
