About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our customer service team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care, resolving issues efficiently, and exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve overall satisfaction and retention rates.
* Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure excellent service delivery.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints and compliments.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns as necessary.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in customer service leadership, preferably in a logistics or transportation industry.
* Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
