Brilliantin Recruitment is seeking a motivated and committed Parts Advisor to join a dealership based in Wolverhampton. The Role As a Parts Advisor, you will: Demonstrate a "One Team" approach and communicate effectively with internal and external customers and suppliers. Respond promptly to all requests and support colleagues and customers with parts identification, searching, and sourcing. Maintain the parts stockroom, ensuring it is well-organized and stock levels are effectively managed. Take responsibility for ordering and selling a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories. Working Hours: Parts Advisors work flexible patterns, which may include weekends, to ensure we provide the highest levels of service to our customers. About You To succeed in this role, you should ideally have: Experience in a similar role within the motor industry. IT literacy and strong organisational skills. Attention to detail and fantastic communication skills. Customer-facing experience, as you will interact with customers both in person and over the phone.
