A top-tier commercial law firm is seeking a Property Solicitor or Associate with 2–4 years' PQE to join its growing Commercial Property team. The Role
This role sits within the firm’s expanding Property Department, which has grown significantly due to major tender wins and high-profile projects. Based in Leeds, with hybrid working options, the position offers the chance to work on regeneration and development projects, as well as general commercial property matters. Occasional travel to London will be required.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with an impressive range of public and private sector clients, including local authorities, housing associations, and commercial organisations. Key Responsibilities:
* Advising on regeneration and development projects, as well as broader commercial property matters.
* Managing relationships with a variety of public and private sector clients.
* Drafting, legal analysis, and project management.
* Supporting business development and networking activities.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Experience or an interest in regeneration and development (prior experience is beneficial but not essential).
* Strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing roles.
* Excellent drafting, legal analysis, and organisational skills.
