We are currently working on behalf of a large housing association who are looking for plumbers to carry out day to day repairs and maintenance within the Hounslow and surrounding areas working in occupied and void properties.
I am ideally looking for someone with experience of working within social housing sector and either be timeserved or have a relevant qualification in plumbing.
This role will involve:
All aspects of plumbing maintenance
Installing WC pans, showers, baths and basin
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues
Repair toiletsystems and taps
Carrying out surrounding works such as boxing in pipe work
Dealing with tenants on a daily basis so candidates must have a high level of customer service.
