Job Description
Objectives as a Telecoms Provisioning & Support Specialist, would be to ensure customers receive the highest level of service as expected from Birmingham Telecom.
Customers will contact the company by phone and email to query many things including, but not limited to.
• Provisioning of all products (Broadband, SIP, Ethernet, VoIP)
• Dealing with customer orders and queries
• Dealing with Mobile, Phone Line, Broadband and Hosted Telephony Faults
• Technical support for a range of products and services
• Liaising with suppliers
• Updating clients of project delivery

To be considered for this role, you must:
Have previous experience within the telecommunications industry in a similar role.
Experience of industry supplier portals, Ideally Giacom/Gamma/Zen
• Be computer literate, and have good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Have good time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload.
• Be able to work on own initiative and also part of a team.
