Job Title : Nuclear Medicine Radiographer Banding: Band 6 Location : Bradford Start: ASAP Duration : 3 months Rate : £ 2 6 per hour Working hours: Full time, 47,5hours per week We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Band 6 Nuclear Medicine Radiographer to join our dynamic clients team in Bradford. This role is crucial in providing high-quality nuclear medicine imaging services to their patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety. What will your responsibilities be : Perform a variety of nuclear medicine imaging procedures, including PET, SPECT, and gamma camera imaging. Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients, following strict safety protocols. Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment, ensuring it is in optimal working condition. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to interpret imaging results and provide comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner. Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines. Provide support and guidance to junior staff and students as needed. Qualifications and Experiences: Degree in Radiography or equivalent qualification. Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Postgraduate qualification in Nuclear Medicine or relevant experience. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the NHS. Strong knowledge of nuclear medicine imaging techniques and radiopharmaceuticals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
